Free Store
Greeters: The greeters are responsible for setting-up the welcome area (toys for the kids, snacks for the participants, organize chairs etc.) After welcoming the participants, the greeters help individuals to complete an order form. The greeter will also watch over any children that might come to the store while their parent is meeting with the coordinator. After the Free Store closes the greeters will help clean up Joshua's Place.
Stockroom: Before the Free Store opens the stockers will stock any food that has been donated or delivered the previous week and update the inventory. During store hours they gather all of the food and supplies from the participant's order form. They bag the order and hand it to the participant. After the store closes, the stockers will need to use the order forms to update the inventory.
Coordinators: The coordinators meet with the participants each time they come to the Free Store. They sit and listen to the participants, go through a brief devotional and pray with them over a 15 minute period. The hope is that the participant will meet with the same coordinator as much as possible so a relationship can be formed. The coordinator also documents information in the participant's file following each meeting.
Drivers: The drivers pick up and take home participants that do not have transportation to and from the Free Store.
